Who knows LED lights?
I would like to know what brand of led pod or light bars are good and worth buying and also if anyone happens to know a Black Friday sale for any ? There are a lot of dirt cheap lights on a mazon but they all look very cheap and reviews agree .

They are one of the things that you get what you pay for! that said even the cheap ones have come a long way I have the high dollar ones and the cheap ones and have had no problems with either . If you go with the less cost ones take the end caps off and reseal them and all will be good moisture is the number one killer from what I have seen.

My XJ has a spotlight from whatever it was used for when it was new , I am going to pull it seal the hole up and put pod mounts on both sides on bottom with small LED pods to cover the area where the spotlight once was I think it will look a lot better .

up here the most popular is Rigid Industries. they are waterproofed and come with a lifetime warranty. also Baja Designs is basically the same unit with the same waterproofing and warranty. they both use cree led lights.
then KC HiLites is right along side of these two, with same lights and waterproofing and comes with a 27 year warranty.
Rough Country lights are similar, in all aspects, but comes with a 3 year warranty.
the rest have very little to no waterproofing and little to no warranty. these kits usually don't come with all the wiring/harness required.
if you are going cheap, look for at least cree or philips led lights as the others are cheap china brand lights, which you will get the odd burnt out light, even out of the box.

Just my 2 cents worth. I have 2 six inch bars from Black Oak Led. Not many have heard of them I guess. I have been running them for 3 years on my hunting rig, rain, snow, sleet, mud, submerged in river crossings, beat by brush and saplings, nothing has phased their function or operation. They are not cheap by any means and I believe they are only available directly from them. Occasionally they will have a 10% discount during the holidays. I did a lot of research before investing in them and they rated at the top or near the top in every test I could find. You might give them a look but if cheap is your mission....it won't be Black Oak.

Wow I never could of dreamed how many different brands and opinions there could be . Been searching a lot ... discovered JW speaker ... and a company called Aurora that supposedly makes all the rigid lights ... I’d love to upgrade my headlights and do the pods soon ! But I don’t want to spend 600 on headlights .

I have heard great things about rigid lights.
This is true, but in my opinion does not apply to mid range LED lighting.
There are MANY companies selling rebranded chinese light bars and pods at outrageous prices.
This includes companies stating that they use phillips cree leds, but instead shipping with knockoffs.
Make sure you do your research, or you can easily be scammed.
I wasn't ready to spend $500 - $1000 on a US made light bar, and most (if not all) led lights in my price range were manufactured in china.
I ended up getting 10 spot and 10 flood "18W cree led" (actually not 18W) pods from china for just under $5. each.
That way when an LED fails (inevitably) I can just switch out that pod.
It takes a bit of work to get them up to spec. I added new cords, lapped the heatsinks, added thermal compound, then re-sealed them with silicone.
This may not be the option for you, but to me it made sense.
