Default Went thru the front axle...

... and I don't know what kind of Gear OIL is best. Anybody know?

Umm the tie rod ends are under the knuckle from the factory..... Having the correct sway bar links and an upgraded tie rod should be more important than flipping it.

But is it really needed this post? Don't most of us do all of our work, I sure hope so if all my repairs were done by a shop I would of been broke for life haha.

Is it needed? Not really. I remember being proud as **** after doing my first real repair on my vehicle. Hell I could be way off base. This guy could be a 30+ year mechanic I don't know lol. What happened to common courtesy? We all love XJs

Having no idea what you have or the use there are only 2 90w or 75-140w.

I run Amsoil Severe Gear. Never had a problem with it... Lasts 3x as long as the regular stuff (unless you are submerging it frequently of course). The ARB likes it.

I'm sure the regular old stuff will do the trick for ya.
