TSL super swampers
I hate to tell the misinformed.. TSL's are some of the most used tires on rigs on the east coast. I run beadlocks, and run 3psi on the trail, and they work. Also like I posted earlier.. groove your tires. It gives them more ledges to grip with.
Also I personally never buy new tires. All offroad tires work best with less then 50% tread. Luckily the last set of Tsl's I got, I traded a Xj d44 for them, and they were 85%. So yeah the tread blocks are chunking a lil, but no biggie as they are offroad only wheels.

I can honestly say I have only seen that issue with boggers on rocks. I have never seen TSL's fold like that. If you are blowing beads at 15PSI buy beadlocks that sounds like a personal issue last time I checked they spec'd them to run a bit higher PSI. I run 4PSI in the front and 6PSI in the back on mine without beadlocks and have blown one bead. It got caught on a rock on the inside. Most modern mud terrains do not offer anywere near the same amount of cut resistance a Bias set of swampers will offer. That's why I run a set. No radial will ever out perform the cut resistance of a bias ply tire.
I've seen my sidewalls folded in half around a rock or stump and thought for sure I was going to puncture them. I've got cuts, bruises, etc but no leaks.
It also has to do with your rim width too. JP Magazine had an article, I forget exactly what about, but it said a good rim width for airing down is 4" skinnier than the section width. So if you have 33x12.50s you'd want 8.5" wide rims.
Of course this is NO REPLACEMENT FOR BEADLOCKS!!!!

but now that i have creepy crawlers, every other tire is pretty much garbage in comparison lol.

they suck on the street and i hated them offroad. the lugs were too tall for the carcass and just folded over. didnt want to grab rocks at all, kept blowing beads even at 15 psi. they are old technology. id save a couple hundred extra and get a modern set of mud terrains

I know people that can work tsls and people that can't. My brother has had to pull 4xs out of holes that had tsls and he had tsls on a '83 Chevy 2 WD and had no prob with the same holes. The same guy bought buck shots (same size) and had no problem with the same holes he got stuck in before. Some people has good luck with tsls and some don't. Just because they don't work for you doesn't mean they won't work for others.

They are good I wouldn't say that good. Hell out of my wheeling group one guy has creepy's. I think the last review I poked through the Pitbull's beat them out. There are also a lot more people at least were I am that run rockers than creepy's.
