OP, I think you're making a mountain out of a mole hill. Kyle just gave you links to everything you need. I've heard early 2000s dodge Dakotas have a rear line 6" longer than stock, personally I run a rear YJ line 3" longer than stock, that's up to you but you'll definatly want long lines up front since the wj brake calipers having low mounts for the lines.

super cheap 15x8 steelies I know you have some 16" tires but at this price it might be better to sell the tires with the wheels you have now, also if you get 3.75 inch backspacing it should work with your WJ brakes.
only thing I missed is the pitman arm, if you want a drop arm they're all over the internet for oem you may check craigslist or a local junkyard.

I know I've let Jeep rims go for cheap just trying to move them. CL is usually a good source for cheap wheels, IMO.
