Default Taurus dual speed e fan install... HELP PLZ

So I have had this fan laying around for a while now and finally decided to install it. Now all I need is a wiring diagram with some detailed pics. I've found a few but they are pretty confusing. Anybody have any diagrams for dummies?

I found this but added the note in RED - The relays are kicked on (turning the fans on) when the ground is completed (through the switches)

What would be your plan if the relay goes bad?

Im not going to solder I was just wanting to know if there was better connection doing so or any other benefits, negative effects? I'm trying to just wire it to a toggle for now. Anyone have any pictures of the actual relays and fan wired up? I appreciate the diagrams but I need to see actual photos and I can't find any besides top views of the relays
