Default t-case drop help

Im needing to drop my t-case but ive run into a bump.
Out of the 4 holding the crossmember 2 are bolts and 2 are studs.
Question: do the studs screw out? Or is there a way to extend them?

Create a lock nut with two nuts and then un-screw the stud. It took me a little while but I got mine out.

That would would work. Another way is to weld the nut to the stud. That's what I did. Worked like a charm. But you need a welder.

I got the t-case dropped.
I dint want to mess around so i just welded the nut to the stud. And with my rear main seals little oil leak the studs were already lubed. They came out with ease.
Went and bought 4 2" m10x1.25 bolts and bolted my 1" spacer in.
Thanks for the help.
