Well, just picked up a 1990 Laredo about two months ago. Unbelievable body on this thing. Zero rust with the exception of the drivers door.
The jeep had a bad freeze plug at the back of the block and the PO said he got a quote for $1000 to fix it since they had to drop the tranny. Well, i paid him $450 and drove the jeep home, after a few stops to refill the radiator fluid resevoir.
With the help of my brother (extra hands are always welcome) we dropped the tranny/tc and fixed the bad freeze plug. New spark plugs, oil, tranny filter and fluid and this thing runs like a top!
