Default T-Case Drop

I need to put it in and I'm wondering how I'm going to get a wrench on the upper side of the bolt. Anyone have any advice to get them out without much headache. Thanks guys.

you nead to make a jam nut on them. put two nuts on the stud. tighten them together then loosen both out at same time and it will take stud with it.

or weld one stud onto it like i did then just screw that out with stud.

Sorry this is not an answer to your question, but how far do you need to drop the transfer case?

I just installed the 1" drop crossmember from Rustys on my XJ, it went on very easy and you do not lose any ground clearance vs a stock crossmember. Right now it is $119.

Just take the bolt out. It's a welded nut inside the frame. Soak the bolt with PB Blaster and do work.
