I found 2 on group buy, an Advance Adapters and a Tom Woods, both are for the 231. I find it funny the AA version is a bargain at $199.95, $90 off but on AAs site it list for $199. Group Buy ain't saving you too much on that one.

Definatly won't be hostile. They are all good folks up there. Just an expression. ill call them tomorrow and see. My invoice doesn't have a part number. Looking for paperwork on the box

 

Just talked to Tom woods and group buy. The 231 shaft will not fit. My friend suggested it could be the "full time" shift fork. This would explain the whine as well as full time not engaging. I’m about to take it back apart and check it out. Ill post what I find
