Some guys run no sway bar all the time, some say keep it but run disconnects for offroad. The benefit of disconnecting the sway bar is that the suspension can flex more, allowing you to keep rubber on the ground. Look up $7 disconnects in the fab section. It is highly recommended for offroad driving, just be sure to get brake lines too

My sway bar bushings were shot and if i hit a bump on the highway steering wheel would jerk my arm and if i wasnt ready id be in the other lane. Just run discos in front safer for you and other drivers, now the rear can just be removed.

ya ive been doing some reading and ill prob do the discos seeing as i need to drive on the high way everyday for school...not sure if my rear is disconnected or not? lol ill hafta do so if it is. and ur jeep sounds like mine when i go over bumps.
i have a 3" lift and it looks like the links and bushings are under stress. there oem should they be replaced with new discos instead of fabricating them myself?

New stock end links are like 13$ at auto zone. My bushings were shot where it mounted too body. I got poly ones at autozone and there greaseable.
