Default sway bar link

I did a 3" lift and removed/ broke my stock front end sway bar link when I removed it to do my lift . Now I kinda would like to have it back.
My question is . can I use a stock link for a 3" lift or do I need to get a longer one to fit the lift ?
Next question is. If I do need a longer one can I get one off another car in the junk yard?

At 3-4 inches of lift the stock links kept wearing out the bushings. Other than that they did what they are supposed to do. Autozone has lifetime warranty on them and I confirmed with the counter that I could return them for worn bushings. I ended up going a little higher and replacing stock with zone 4.5" links. No more worn bushings.

Go to the parts store and get 1990 Ford F250 rear sway bar links, perfect for 3" lift
