Thanks for the advice but if I want to do something I'm gonna do it. That 400 dollars is a large portion of what my stroker kit would cost. I'm not just going to throw caution to the wind here, I'm going to be careful, and I'm going to have a lot of tech support and access to a shop all the way through.

Also, how on earth would I ever figure it out if I never tried to? If I never asked these questions and tried to learn more about the process I wouldn't get anywhere. Can't you appreciate a young jeepers ambition and support his way rather than try to change his direction? Thanks for those that meant to guide me.

Gotta start somewhere. You seem like you're gathering info and researching prior to diving in, so I'm not sure what the fuss is about. Couldn't hurt to have someone around who's done it before to help you along the way though.
