Default Steering will not go all the way to the right

Ok all, having an issue with the steering on my XJ. I just got done with my build, rebuilt everything on the front end, everything is new, and it has a 4.5 inch lift. I had it aligned, and it goes down the road great, but I noticed I do not have full range of motion to the right. It only goes about one turn then stops, where as to the left I have no problem. Thoughts? Track bar is a stock one, but I believe the track bar on the wrecked one that I pulled everything from was stock one. Let me know what you think.

Stock track bar plus 4.5" lift = no deal. Replace your track bar with an adjustable and center your axle. JMO

I have an issue where my tie rod end where the tie rod and drag link meet contacts the sway bar mount. It eventually broke the mount off. 6" lift, factory steering geometry with ZJ tie rod, aftermarket track bar.

Did you replace the gear box at any point in time?

Yes when I did the motor swap I put a new one in. This jeep didn't actually have a gear box when I bought it.

Then there is a good chance you didnt get the pitman arm back on in the correct spot. It can get clocked 4 different ways.

So my suggestion.... See how many turns it is from lock to lock overall. Say its 4. Turn the wheel all the way one direction, then turn it back exactly 2 rotations. That will center the box. If your wheels are turned, then your pitman arm is clocked wrong.
