Here we are. Rough installed. Dont like wiring paths, need to re-route. I struggled to find a place to put it, settled on here. If i get any moisture issues, ill be looking into beefing up the hood seal.
Made mine today.

This box will power 4 accessories
On the plug, there's 8 pins. 4 for the accessories and 4 pins for signal wires.
The lug with 4 wires going it would be grounded with a stud to outside of box. The power will be supplied by another stud through the box going to the stud on the fuse panel.

Nice work. I love seeing everyone's solutions for this.
I was going to add a second PDC under the hood, but when I started working on it it dawned on me that only about half of my original PDC was populated.
It's fairly easy to finish it out, but as someone else said you have to be careful about not breaking any tabs.

Just an update on my setup. Ive ran it through multiple car washes and power washes and the hood seal did its job..no water on the fuse box. I re-routed all my wiring, added some more accessories to it and wire loomed everything.

Just completed the rest of the wiring harness. The main harness splits into two... One set of wires are 10 gauge which would go and power the accessories and the other set of wires are 16 gauge, which would go into the cab to the switch panel. They are signal wires which would trigger the relays.

wow that is some high dollar solutions.. I watched some of the bleepin jeep vid.. came to the conclusion that he went way too far.. buy a box from the junkyard with some of the harness attached and just wire stuff in.. you get lots of fuse spaces. and some relay spaces. Pick up relays at the JY cheap if need be.. The wires are not of heavy gauge but dont need to be when they are only a foot long. Tie into this with your heavy gauge wire and call it good. But then I can read a schematic and work with low voltage wiring nightmares for a living. So it is easy for me to say. Love the clean look of the 2nd OEM box 2000. I will be doing the same when I get to the point of needing more space.
