Rough Ride
Have a 97 xj on 33’s 4.5in lift
I just put on a new adjustable track bar and ever since the ride has been really rough
ive had the jeep over a year and usually I can haul *** over little bumps but now you FEEL the bump. I live in an area that by no means has smooth roads and the ride is rougher than it’s ever been
everything on my suspension system is stock except the track bar (rough country) and the tie rod end and drag links been replaced with newer ones
did the bounce test on the back and she’s stiff as a freaking rock. I could jump on the tailgate like a trampoline and it’d move like half an inch
how can I fix this

You need to check if it is your shocks that are stiff or is it the springs ? to see what it is you can unbolt the shocks and jump on the back to see how stiff it is .
I’m not the one who did the lift but whoever did a real hack job. I just had to replace the track bar because instead of putting an adjustable one in they redrilled the mounting hole and kept the stock one.
my shocks, springs, leaf springs, sway bar, and control arms are all stock
looks like they put in a new tie rod and drag link tho
but everything else is beyond obviously stock because this things a rust bucket
