Default Progress on my 3 link mid arm.

Got one lower done.
bar is 31.5"
Digging the flat link but not the frame contact I do have another mounting position on the axle to lower bar about an inch. Will still be pretty good angle even if I have compromise and lower it.

Shocks balot on over top of bar bolt. Kinda a pain havong them live in the same place. Though its working well

Tomorrow driver lower , yada.

Hoping ounce i finish removing factory lower mount it gains just enough clearance

Looking good, and very impressive fab skills.

Thanks, its not going to be *** finished as bought stuff but much less expensive.

Got driver side lower burned in and link is cooling
I'm coming out heavy on castor 10deg with is fine since lowers and upper are adjustable.

Few pics of current progress

2x3x.25 cross member, its bolted in incase tranny needd removed.

Rachet strap off my pickup to adjust axle position. Coming up with a 1/4" off side to side i have about a inch of adjustment in lower heims so i burned it.

Didn't get the upper done. I ran out if 9/16 bolts.
did take it out.

Rides softer goes faster. Looking forward to longer shocks and the doing the upper. It does lean Alitalia on side hills maybe the upper will help that. I like that there's no bind on the poly bushings like there's is when there's bushings on both ends

All I did tonight was give the axle side heim a home to anchor to.

this bracket is sized to accept 2 5/8 wide heims and bushing. The 7/8heim has 2.5" misalignment spacers plus a washer to go to 5/8"

Frame side placement . Upper is pushed forward to be the same length as lowers

Im a believer in long rms 😄😍
bought 20miles offroad now.. fast slow smooth even stable shock seem alitt soft now..

Bump stopped to protect oil pan still tunning. Have a bracket I fabbed on lower axle munt that letting bushing clatter back nd forth. Rear shock spacer is clicking oil is contacting track bar bolt. Thought I had room to bump axle forward an inch. ****.

Im amazed stuff that used to make me cringe at speed its soaking up much better

about 40 hrs into this project I started wondering if it ws worth it. Not a huge money exspense but time.. its most definitely worth the effort even to have iron my bugs
