Angry piece of junk wont accelerate

I have an issue with my Xj that has been bugging the hell out of me for the last couple of months and I'm about to burn it to the ground. When starting after sitting overnight or until the engine is relatively cold. The vehicle will start and run fine while I am just sitting there. I normally let it warm up for a few minutes and then drive away. The vehicle will drive fine for about 30 seconds then it will buck and shudder and will not accelerate. Due to me having a turbo I have an afr installed which during this time it reads lean 20+. After about 2 miles of fighting the jeep to keep moving it eventually stops. I will be able to drive all the way to where I need to go with no problems. I have replaced everything that I could, tested everything I could, and no difference. I don't want to keep throwing parts at this thing if nothing changes. I've snagged every sensor from my local pick n pull so I haven't been that dumb to be buying all new sensors for it. I have replaced the TPS, IAC, O2 sensor, Crank sensor, as well as the damn temp sensor. I had replaced the map but due to the new turbo, I have a standalone ECU that has a map integrated. I have also cleaned and checked all of my grounds and connections. I am at a standstill. This weekend I am most likely going to pick a new set of sensors from another Cherokee as well as the whole engine harness. Yes, I know it sounds dumb but I am just tired of this thing playing games. if that doesn't fix it my next thing is the fuel pump. I have posted this many times on Facebook threads but mostly everyone has no idea what they are talking about and just tells me to replace things I've already replaced. If any of you have had this problem or know what it may be please let me know before I drive this junk off a cliff.

Someone had a similar issue recently, and it turned out his fuel tank had sludge, which would be sucked into the filter sock on the fuel pump, causing loss of power

One of my '96 allegedly had this issue, I got it cheap as a non-goer, so I just bought a new fuel pump, cleaned the tank and it all worked

Some XJ tanks are harder to pull than others, but you cant discount it

Did you install the turbo or buy it that way?

I did it before I installed the turbo then stopped for about a month then when I finished the turbo it started doing it again. I've had this jeep for 4 years and has run perfectly all of that time other than these past couple months

that would honestly be the best case instead of chasing down a bunch of wiring. Once my tank is low on fuel I might drop it and take a look.

Have you verified fuel pressure while driving?
Have you recorded fuel trims while driving?
What injector part number are you running?

Do you have a code reader with LIVE DATA? If so, do you know what your data looks like when cold? When warm?
