Gremlin, possibily electrical
Some of you may remember I posted a couple times about bucking with my cherokee. I had many people say its probably the fuel pump so I replaced that with a brand new one, still did it. So I had others saying CKS so I replaced that, then I did the MAP sensor, IAC, etc.
After I replaced the CKS(Crank sensor) all seemed well for the test drive so I drove it home for the weekend and all around for a couple days. Over 300km with no issues except for what seemed like regular studdering after hitting bumps that most rear wheel drives have. Well I got in the jeep to bring some donations over to the local thrift store I got there fine but then when I was leaving the Jeep started and then stalled out right away as if it was starved for fuel or spark. It came up with the dummy light so I did the key trick to get the code and checked it on my blackberry which at this point now has the engine codes page book marked and available offline. lol It came up as MAP Sensor high or low voltage so I went ahead and threw in a new map sensor since I now carry 2 spare map, TPS, IAC and a couple other parts and she fired back up and got about two blocks then started studdering but I just kept feathering the fuel with a lead foot and she got me home.
I'm at a complete loss for what it could be, new TPS, new MAP, new CKS, new Fuel pump. My only idea is it might be a short somewhere causing it to fry sensors or it could be a damaged ECU just throwing random codes and screwing with my engine.
What do you guys think? I've got two weeks before I get paid again where I can afford to pay a mechanic to diagnose it for me so I'm hoping I can use that time to tinker and figure it out myself. I'm not afraid of doing work myself or going to the u pull to get parts so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

First off, stop throwing parts/money at it. That's obviously not fixing the problem.
Crawl under the rig and make sure all of your bellhousing bolts are there and tight, then make sure the top 2 bellhousing bolts are there and tight.
Why?
The crank position sensor is mounted to the bellhousing and it works by reading when the "windows" in the flex plate pass by. (Google Hall Effect Sensor for more info)
If the engine and bellhousing aren't held together properly the CPS and the cam sensor signal will not be in sync and the PCM will try to adjust timing to correct this and it will also turn on the CEL to report the error.
No guarantee that this is your problem, but it's a place to start.

The only CEL I ever get is MAP sensor. I'll check that tonight, any other ideas if thats not it? I'm 99% sure its not as I just changed the clutch not long ago as that was bad anyway and I'm 99% sure I tightened all the bolts.

Update: I'm going through the process of a BBB complaint about the shop that did my fuel pump because they damaged my vehicle and when i confronted them they basically threw me out. Well when their head office contacted me he mentioned that when he spoke to the specific mechanic who worked on my jeep he had mentioned there was electrical tape and loose connections on the assembly INSIDE my tank. this wasnt on my work order.
Now I dont even want the battery hooked up until I open it and confirm this, if thats the case then every bump could be causing a loss of power to the fuel pump thus explaining the loss of power.
What concerns me more is the posibility of spark in my tank. Lovely.
