I just read the section on the lube system in my fsm for my 95 and according to it the rocker arms are lubricated thru the push rods...might want to check and make sure they are clean inside....that old rocker assembly was pretty cruddy

Yeah, blow through them with compressed air. I'm suspecting the pushrods are clogged and many need replacing.

try putting a mechanical gauge where the sender is to see what your pressure is...as posted earlier you could use a drill to spin the pump and see if you get oil on top and see how much pressure you build up...just a thought

So... thats a yes? If so, try some seafoam in there, if there is gunk in there, it should clear it out.
