Is this normal for a lifted Jeep?

I would. It's a trade off between pinion angle and castor. The more castor the better, IMO, but with more castor comes worse pinion angle.
You must have a good alignment shop. I've never seen a shop that would adjust castor on an XJ (OEM adjustment or adjustable control arms.)

then proceeded to tell me that I should go back to stock suspension and just use a body lift.....-LMAO....I hate the fact that I know more about this Jeep's suspension then 50% of the guys working at those places. But then again, I lurk around here all the time learning from you fine folks, they don't.
They said the didn't have any of the caster shims in stock. They called Jeep, gave them the part number (their alignment machine says what part number you need per vehicle), Jeep said they don't make them anymore. The called Napa and they said they didn't have them either.
I can find tons of shims on rock auto but they do not have the "two bolt hole" style like we have. I made the aluminum bar stock ones in their now because I gave up trying to move the front able myself on my back in the freezing zzz cold. I'll do it by the control arms in Spring.
I was at 6.5* positive. I am going to make several thin ones and they said bring it back and they'll put them in no extra charge.
I'm going to upload the spec sheet. It is one of the easiest to read alignment sheets I have seen.
The toe was off a hair. Even the minor adjustment to toe they did helps a lot. I'd say by 50% improvement. I thing another degree of Caster and I'm going to be happy. I'm making the shims this weekend and will have it back in their shop next weekend.
I am really grateful at you all taking the time to advice me here. I have a love/hate relationship with this thing, but I don't want to buy another vehicle. This thing is like that bad for you girlfriend that you can't stay mad at...

I just realized that my rear axle numbers appear to be on here too. What do they mean? Bad/Good/Indifferent? I know it's not really adjustable other than loosening everything back there and inviting a few fatties like me to jump on the back bumper in hopes of it shooting out swiss cake rolls, lol.
