So I have taken the three bolts off and the are still wont come off

pretty sure they just slide off soak it with pb blast yet?

I used a sledge hammer and it didn't budge, I guess I'll use heat and try it again later.

It has cone washers that hold it on. Bit of heat and a BFH should do the trick.

Took me half a day to remove mine....can you say sore shoulders? Geebuss that sucked!

Get a deep socket (impact if you have one) that will fit over the studs and sit on the lip of the cone washer, and give it a good tap. This should brake loose all the rust and crap around the studs so you can then smack the arm with your hammer and remove it. Usually works for me...
