Hey to all, Im looking at getting some flares for my 93 xj,
and ive always liked the bw flat flares, but here recently i saw the napier v2 pocket style and liked them too. i need help deciding wich ones are best!! im at 3 inchh on 31s now but hoping for 4.5 and 33s in the future. maybe a snorkel. can anyone help me understand if one is better than the other, and if so.. why? if you have them do you like them?

thanks in advanced!

I'm going with napier bc I hate how far bws stick out. Over 5 inches I believe. They overpower the tire and just look silly. The napiers only come out 3¼ and look alot better. Not to mention better price point.

It's definitely possible. I helped my buddy install his and have a box in the garage waiting to go on mine. You might just have to get creative a little bit and drill a few extra holes

I can't speak for the flat flares from Doug and company over at Napier but I have the V2 Fender Flares (non flat) and I love them. Doug was extremely helpful answering all questions and shipping was extremely quick.
+1 for Napier

All you wouldn't have to do it drill some holes like there were before toy trimmed it....
Napier all the way couldn't get an answer back from bw about getting a set for my rear fenders on my '97 2 door but Napier answered me same day and just for that ill be going with them when the time comes!

I've seen the Napier flares on a local rig just the other day. They look great--way better than Bushy's cut-outs.
My vote still goes to the flat flares because they look awesome and are surprisingly strong. I was skeptical about their strength the whole way through the install until we actually had them fastened on. Turned out good

sorry to revive an old thread but im looking at some napiers but i have 33x12.5 and im a little concerned rather or not they will cover the full tire. And BW has a 50 dollar mail in rebate and free shipping while Napier charges 50 for shipping so take the hundred off and they are about the same price. which is truly the better product?
