That's pretty sweet. Keeps the stock look but allows you to go bigger. But nothing on my jeep is stock and I like the look of the pocket flairs. Thanks though

pretty sure they can fit bigger tires than either of the other flares you mentioned which is why I like them.

Notch will fit a 37" tire. Paint them black and the look like stock flares on steroids.

On my other XJ, I have stock flares with trimming with 35s and 5" lift.

can fit 31.5" tires no lift and not rub anywhere.

Napier Flats! I think i removed about 2.5 inches of sheetmetal in some spots. On the top, the flare sits just above the brace mount hole.

Yea I looked at those also. They are a little cheaper and look old school cool to but my ol lady doesn't like them so that nixed that idea. I'm running 33s and might step up to 35s next time but probably no bigger then that. I have the RC 4.5 flex kit with a 1.75 spacer in front

pretty sure they have a torture test video online and I've heard stories/seen pictures of them taking a beating with no damage.

Notch custom flares use to be the iceland ones they bought the molds off them when iceland went under.I don't know if its been said but https://hooliganoffroadengineering.com/ has metal tube style flares for the xj.
