Hey seriousoffroad, you should send some stickers or a free t shirt with your kits so I don't have keep explaining what kit I have and where I got it.

Im rocking te seriousoffroad longarms, and I must say they can take a real beating. Living in western Washington, I see lots of rocks and have seen where the longarms turn into rockslides.

Updated with RE info, correct IRO info and added Rusty's.
Warranty:
- Clayton = Lifetime including bent or broken arm replacement.
- Rubicon Express = Lifetime including bent or broken arm replacement.
- T&T Customs = None due to the nature of the use, but there is a vague statement about making a judgement on warranty claims.
- Iron Rock = Lifetime including bent or broken arm replacement.
- Rough Country = Lifetime but there are big "buts" about normal wear.
- Serious Offroad = Lifetime including bent or broken arm replacement.
- BDS = Lifetime including bent or broken arm replacement.
- Rusty's = Lifetime but doesn't mention arms specifically.

Since there isn't warranty infor on RE website (or I'm too dumb to find it) I emailed them. Here's the response. They sounds pretty confident they won't be damaged from being quasi rock-sliders
Hi Mike,
The lower control arms are made out of Chromoly which is pretty much
indestructible. Yes, you will occasionally slide across a rock with these
but that is fine. Use them. The worst thing is you are going to scratch
the paint. We have a lifetime warranty on our product so we will back them
up. We have not seen the arm bend but in the past they have bent at the
threads so about 5 years ago we increased the metal type on the weld spud
(threads) to a 4142 Chromoly and that solved the problem. Trust me, you
will love them! I have them on my personal jeep and they do not get in the
way.

Ive put a clearence bend in a couple different long arm kits ive done using just a cheap old hydro bender. And thats using 2x.25 dom. So saying darn near impossible isnt a good description

<<<<TNT does not specify the material thickness on their site.

Rough Country does not specify the material thickness on their site.
I'm not bashing any of them, just making a comment based on experience fabbing and installing my own kits.

So you're claiming those company's use thinner material without any actual knowledge? As in pulling that claim out of your ***.
I've talked to rusty a few times about his long arm material.
