Default lockers / posi trac thingies

so i was thinking about putting one of these in my 8.25 rear and using a electronic locker in the front ... let me know what you think

"The Powertrax No-Slip traction system provides the performance of a locker, with the QUIET operation that you demand for normal driving. This system uses no friction clutch plates or cones, and does not require any special lubricants. It is designed to be installed by do-it-yourselfers. It simply replaces your open- style differential. It transfers power from slipping wheels to the ones with traction. It works automatically, so you can keep your hands on the wheel. These are complete kits with clear & helpful installation instructions. Because the ring & pinion are not disturbed, no gear lash adjustments are required." -quadratec.com

i run aussies front and rear, fairly similiar to the no-slip.

they are remarkable off-road, you can get all 4 tires spinning (if you have them f&r) as opposed to 1 tire spinning on each axle while in 4wd. and they are un-noticeable on the road.

its really a win-win situation.. hopes that what you were looking for

Track lock cost more money/time to install than a lunchbox locker last time I looked

Go for it, you'll be happy with the performance. And the fact that it takes less than an hour to install
