IN my xj cage I wish I would have done something a lil different with my roof bracing, but really couldnt. do to the fact I need space for my head and helmet.

I also wish I would have picked better seats when I built the cage.. now I am stuck with the style seats I have now, Unless I want to change my B pillar bars

Can I run a few questions by you?

What did you use to bend your tube?

What did you use to make the welds?

Would you have done as much to the interior cage if you'd done an exo as well?

Can you post more pics of your cage, or a link to more pics?

I have a rig with an exo cage.. and I will never have another rig exo caged.

It was done with a JD2 5.5 clr 1.75 die. Air over Hydraulic Miller 210 was the welder. Link is in my webshots page under Toy Jeep.

I think they look like a$$ even though I have a MJ truggy with one. I am redoing it now.. and changing 90% of it. I think Hiding the tubes under the sheetmetal looks cleaner.

It also makes it harder to work on your rig.. and to properly triangulate the rig you have to make a lot of compromises

Quote: I don't have a cage, but I do have a Rusty's Off Road roll bar.
Does the rusty's rollbar interfere with the front seats and how bad does it block access to the back seat? If you got pics that would be great.

I started a new topic because this is not a cage.

It does not block access to the rear seat.
