Default Tcase skidplate, with one inch drop

I found a rustys tcase skid on craigslist for 60 dollars. I want it but I'll be installing a 1 inch tcase drop in a couple weeks and want to make sure that the skid with still mount up correctly with the tcase drop. Does anyone have any experience with such a situation? Thanks

I don't think the bolt holes would line up but rusty's does make a cross member that drops the tcase 1" and then you could have both the skid and drop

That's what I was thinking. But you actually have to drill your own holes. But since I'm not sure I'll just wait and buy something brand new that I know will fit down the line.

It will work. I have the same skid. You drill your own holes on the crossmember and on the frame rail so it wouldnt make a difference if you drop the crossmember 1 inch.
