The diff is in the name. One is normal with 1 ton stuff and the other is over the knuckle. Like over the steering knuckle. They show pictures on there site for a ref.

Just be sure to read everything. I believe there is a bit more work involved with over the knuckle. One may require wheel spacers. Read read read read read! itll help a bit

OTK also requires removal or moving your sway bar brackets so if it's street driven keep that in mind. I ran their kit for a few years and it's OK but has some play in it due to the design. They take some out by replacing a grease boot with a block but they wear out after 5-6 months and you have to replace them. Also with OTK you have to move the track bar to the top of the axle or you get bump steer. I didn't but I haven't driven mine on pavement in several years.

That's why I started my response with OTK. The OP also asked about OTK and the UTK questions had already been answered.

Good deal. Just wanted to make sure all was towards OTK, rather than trying one then the other. Thanks for the info.

The spacer refers to both over and under. I ended up twisting my tie rod ends in opposite directions to get rid of some of the play but it makes them wear out faster and bind a little when articulating.
