I Have 95 XJ Recently I had some ignition switch issues. When I tried to start it the key switch became sloppy, the key went all the way to the end of starting cycle but would not crank over motor. I noticed 2 things , My steering wheel unlocked and I had power. I was able to jump starter with screwdriver, t it started. I replaced the switch ( I thought was bad) Still have same issue. key in tumbler turns all the way to end and I have to jump starter to get it running. Could the tumbler be bad?
