Sorry I came off wrong but see these everyday buying before asking about quality of parts and guys get burnt I just hate it. All the kits have $hitty shocks but will work for a while till you can buy better $400 and up for decent ones. It like all others is NOT all inclusive for a 4 1/2" kit there are other things needed adj. track bar, adj. u/lca's the list goes on then tires/wheels, gears, lockers, etc.
It's all good. I got the zone shocks and have heard they're decent. I already have an adjustable RE trac bar, and the LCAs on it are already for a 4.5 lift (16.3") I'm gonna try to squeak by for a month without the uppers. Already have 33s and a front locker, 4.88 gears for the d30 come in next week. Then a chrysler 8.25 axle and 4.88s for that if I can find one.

I just found out it's gonna cost me over 130 bucks to ship back the 4.5 leaf packs, so I'm pretty much stuck with them. At this point I may just get the 4.5 RE coils and go an inch or so higher than I wanted to.

I may call RC and see if taking a leaf out would work..

I think those shocks are about like all the other "White Body" ones look for to upgrade when you can to set of Bilstein 5100's will be a good quality ride on/off road for less than $400 you will see a difference.

You might consider another gear for the D30/Chy 8.25/33" tire setup the pinion on a 4.88 gear for the D30 is quite small making it a weak link in the driveline. I wanted a set myself because I run 2 sets of tires/wheels 33's and 35's. But after listening about the problems here for sometime then looking at a set myself I bought 4.56's instead. They even looked much heaver and larger pinion for sure. You do need to change both sets of gears at the same time or pull the front driveshaft.

That gear does OK for the 35's as long as I do my part and in about all things and are ideal for the 33's. At 4 1/2" I also had to shim the rear after the SYE was installed. Adj. U/LCA's are desired for the proper setup on the front differential when lifted not fixed ones.
