As a vendor, I'd think you'd be interested in answering questions in your thread and replying to peoples post with pics, such as "Looks great!" or something along those lines. You disappeared for a long *** time and had to be strong armed back over here. Don't be so surprised that people are watching your activity.

I didn't realize there was any questions on this yet so I apologize for that. Is there a way to update my email address for my cherokeeforum account so that I will get notifications for the threads I am subscribed to?

Go to your 'User CP' and go to 'Edit Your Details' under 'Your Profile'. You may have to update your subscription for this thread as well. For that, go to 'List Subscriptions' under 'Subscribed Threads' which is also located in the 'User CP' page. Find this thread, select the check box for it, and then scroll till you see the drop down menu. From there select 'Instant email notification' and hit the 'Go' button. Hope that helps.

Are the actual projectors "full-projectors" or are they the cheapo knock-off ones like they sell on eBay..? Just curious because I'm interested in a kit but can't seem to find out thru the pics..
Thx in advance.

Hey guys. Got the list! Sorry it took me a little while to get it up. Hopefully this will help keep everything on track as expected. There might be times when one order gets shipped out a couple days before the previous order on the list. This may happen if one requires more customization, ect. We have refunded a few orders so that has helped push alot of you who were willing to wait, up in the line up.
These are all the headlight orders.

Kris, I and several others got a text from you on or around February 26th stating that you were hoping to be caught up on all the orders "within 2 weeks."
We're coming up on that being a month ago. That on top of some of us having already waited 3 months at the time of that text. Could you please provide an updated list so we know where we are at and give us some kind of expectation, please?
Under-promise, over-deliver. Under-promise, over-deliver. Always set expectations with your customers that you know you can meet, and ideally exceed. It's one of the secrets of loyal customers, rave referrals, and a successful business. Bad news is better than no news. A long expected wait that is met, is far better than a short expected wait that is not met. Keep us informed and you calm our patience, but leaving us in the dark with yet another broken expectation...
Please know that this comes from a fellow business owner who is just trying to help you out a bit. Lessons I learned the hard way. Take a few minutes when you can to update the list and throw it up here.

One thing you guys should keep in mind is that this Jeep business is BOOMING right now. There are hundreds of businesses catering to our wants and needs for our Jeeps, and some of them just don't have the capacity to handle the overwhelming orders that they receive. Waiting is frustrating, I know. I'm still waiting on my Detours bumper, but I talked to the owner today about it and he's been very communicative and always responds. He even said that he's stopped taking orders to catch up. Would you rather have some Chinese junk that's been collecting dust in a warehouse and shipped the instant you click checkout, or something American made that is custom to your specifications? I respect Kris for coming onto the forum and trying to make things right with you guys. I didn't even order! Lol
