Yes I would like my headlights sooner but things happen and sometimes you don't have the time to fulfill the needs of your customers in time.
Beyond frustrated with the zero communication from Kris. My wife ordered these in early November for me as a Christmas gift. Spoke with Kris right after Christmas and he said they'd be shipped before New Years. It's now 15 January and no product. Worse, no response to emails or phone calls.

I understand small shop, individually retrofitted. I don't understand ignoring update requests from customers sent from the account feature on his website, which exists for that reason. A vendor or retailer assumes the obligation to provide the product and also provide information to their customer once they have taken the customer's money.

Its right there on the left with the plug showing.

Newb question but where is that? You got a pic zoomed out?

That is in front of your left knee if you're sitting in the driver's seat with the panel removed.

This is a post from Kris on one of my threads a while ago that I copied and pasted, hope it help anyone in here.

"I have mentioned this before in threads but to state it again, the BEST way to get ahold of me is by texting 509-834-3260 any time. This is my personal cell phone and I always have it on me. I go in to Canada 3 or more days a week for my day job so I don't always get emails. You can also call me but if you do and I don't answer, LEAVE A MESSAGE or else most likely your number will get mixed up in the list with the 50 other people that called me that afternoon.

EMAIL. If you do email, send an email strait to froehlichsuspension@live.com. Don't use the hoaky CRM ticket option on the website, it works but is a huge pain in the butt to reply to. I try to check the 8 forums I am a member of daily and I try to keep my inbox empty enough so that you don't get the "inbox full" message. Sometimes I don't get the notice or I open it, read it, and plan to reply later when I have more time. Honestly I am human and I sometimes forget later when I get home. I know that's not a good excuse, just being honest here, I'm human. "

well after thinking the USPS had lost mine I did get them today and threw them in this evening. All in all not bad. I need to figure out how to properly aim them. I do like the light output. I'll live with them for a bit and then give a formal review.

it's funny how these delay circuits work in the different vehicles. Mine is a 98 and what happens with mine is that if I turn off the lights before turning off the ignition the lights won't go off until I turn the key off. Flipping the high beams doesn't do it for me. I need to get into the dash and unplug the damn thing.

Also for those who have these.. where are you putting the relay and balast boxes?

Right. Your delay is working properly then. Those who had to flick the highbeams had installed an upgraded headlight harness, putco, etc, only to find that the lights would stay on endlessly unless the highbeam was flicked. This did not happen to everyone who did the upgrade, but did for some, like myself and a few others in this thread. Removing the module solves this problem. Even before I did the harness, I hated the delay thing. I would have removed it eventually anyway. As for the last question, I'll let someone who actually has the led lights answer that. We kinda hijacked this thread with our delay module issue. Sorry about that.
