Try jacking up the axle a little and pounding the bolt out with a mini sledge. Did you get the springs out? Should make it easier to maneuver the axle with them out. Also the track bar and sway bar needs to be disconnected from the axle. I had the same thing happen on mine.

not to sure what you mean but my axle twists a bit when ever i take it out. a ratchet strap hooked to axle and tow hitch should help. sometimes two. can also hook to tc cross bar.

Ya, the kit installation had me do ish *** backwards. Already did lower arms and springs. Should of did uppers first. So I have the new springs in
you are doing it right ... lowers first , then springs , then uppers .. but you have to remove the swaybar links and the track bar first ... with the axle twisted you can put a strap around your pinion , run it under the axle to the front tow hook and pull it tight .. this will rotate the axle back down ...
if it is twisted the other way and you need to pick it up .. then put a jack under the yoke on the front axle and push it up enough to take the pressure off the bolt .. You may need a hammer to knock the bolt out .. Just be careful ....

The best luck that I have ever had with adjusting UCA's is dropping the axle by de-attaching all the assembly parts that hold the axle up. Remove tires, disconnect sway bar links, disconnect shocks, and unbolt the spring retention clips. Make sure that the vehicle is jacked and blocked at a height that allows the axle drop to its fullest extent. Once you have a free axle take a pry bar and adjust the axle as needed.
