Default Good suspension parts brands?

Good suspension brands these days?

Who makes good parts in the following categories these days?
Long arm lift kits - Not sure?
Track bars - Not sure?
Shocks - Bilstein?
Sway bar disconnects - Not sure?

Has Rough Country's quality gotten better?
Does Rubicon Express still make good parts? I've heard they switched manufacturing from USA to China?
Clayton and Iron Rock Offroad worth all the money?
Any other brands people use that they like?

I looked at an Iron Rock long arm kit tonight and it looks quality. Completely bolt-on and seems to include everything I would need. One thing bugged me though. The shipping charge. They are charging over $300 to ship the kit. I know it's heavy and probably a bit bulky, but that much for shipping seems ridiculous. Do they ever offer free shipping codes or at least a discount on the order?

The site said ground shipping was $82.00 to GA. I think it was 102 pounds. It said $312 for 2 business day shipping.
I’ve been eyeing that same kit for awhile now. I use the iron man double shear track bar and bracket set up. There’s also a frame brace that goes with it. He can make the axle side bushing accept whatever size bolt you want to use. The iron man steering gear brace is super stout also.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant this kit from them: XJ 5.5" ROCK-LINK Long Arm Lift Kit - Iron Rock Off Road

Includes the long arm kit, shocks, leafs, track bar, etc. See how much shipping is for you for that one?

The shipping was the only thing keeping me from Ironrock or any long arm. If i need to spend another 100-350 dollars on the kit I would rather spend that money towards the product not the shipping. SFR always has good shipping but its still 1400$

They have promos I think either Memorial day or July 4 that they offer free shipping. Also they just had an End of Year sale that offered free shipping on anything over $300. Just follow their instagram or facebook page. That's how I got my lift!
