Default front wheel binding up

ongoing issue i have had, 2000 jeep cherokee, when i take a LEFT turn, it feels like my RIGHT wheel is binding up, it is not a drive shaft rubbing on the exhaust, not the tie rod, not the ball joints, not the wheel joints and not the steering stabilizer, what could it be. it seems no one is able to pin point exactly what the issue is and its starting to get annoying, i had gotten used to it for a while but dont want to deal with it anymore. any suggestions?

id say probably about half turn radius, the more gas the stronger the binding, im assuming its due to pressure on it, and 33x10.5x15 BFGoodrich all terrains on jeg's soft 8's
