No. U can use stock drag link with zj tie rod, BUT, if you do find that the bushing at end of the drag link are worn out, it's recommended to replace that, because it may affect the DW.

I had 3 inch lift, I didn't need to replace the sway bar end links, but for 4.5 inch, its recommended that u get extended links, or better yet, get quick discos.
