Fabricating gutter mounts
Ok, just as the title says, I'm going to ask a question that has been asked a hundred times... I still haven't found any plans, or good ideas in the past... Here goes. I am looking to fab a safari rack with GUTTER MOUNTS! The rack is already going to cost a small fortune in materials and man hours, so I'm not really nuts about buying the mounts, I'd rather fab them up. I am asking you guys for a little advice, pictures, or ideas on how to best fabricate the mounts. Heck, give me ideas on the rack too!

. Do you remember the linear footage? I saw the mounts, is that what you used? I was just a bit confused when I saw your rack sitting flush on top.
