I'm still chuckling over the 10 year warranty.

 

Probably would last 10 years if he put a flex joint down the road from the new header...LOL.

 

I'm going to add a flex pipe. On my list of stuff.

What I was trying to say with the tubing, I was going to connect it to the existing EGR tube, then run it to the downpipe I get from the JY. That way I'm drilling and welding the downpipe instead of the manifold.

 

I wouldn't sweat adding the bung to the exhaust manifold. 10 year warranty? If they're still around.

 

If you, the Cherokee master, say so. Then I won't sweat it. Just thought I'd get some opinions. Thanks again!

 

I've had the same welded up stock HO manifold on my wife's Cherokee for over 5 years with NO flex pipe.
