so my cuz. Has a flowmaster super 40 for his 97 xj that is now wrecked cuzz he's dumb.( that makes the fourth 1 for him) anyways I'm thinking about buying a 99 xj. Will the kit for the 97 fit the 99? just wondering. If not I'll put it on my 96 or he will sell it.

 

Yeah it will work. I used the kit off my 95 on my 99 and didn't have any issues at all.

 

Yes, it should fit just the same.

 

Yep, the exhaust on his 97 should bolt right up to your 99.
