Default Dumb dumb question

Ok it's been a full couple days hooking up the jeep. I built a EMT roof rack, and cut/cut-n-fold. I ( think ) I want to put the fender flares back on it to cover up a couple OPP's marks. So my question is where do you cut the flares?
I'm a think'n right at the body mould line and even with top of bumper cap???
Any advice on this would be awesome
Thanks

I'd leave the front of the flare along so that It comes all the way down in the front and I'd cut a 45 degree angle up from the cut-n-fold line.
