Default this doesn't look right...

I was poking around and noticed the passenger-side adjustable LCA was a bit off. I attempted to pry it over but it wouldn't budge. Is this normal, will it eventually straighten itself out? I had a little death wobble yesterday after going over a speed bump doing about 30mph, wonder if that had anything to do with it? All of the IRO control arms are less than a year old.

Is there a bushing in there, can't see it?

That was going to be my suggestion. Loosen the jam nut, straighten the joint out then tighten the jam nut back down to torque specs.

I'm thinking Johnny Joint as well, but I'd have to see the top to see if it had a grease fitting.

That bracket appears to be upgraded over stock, it is much thicker, like mine.
I've never seen a lift with a Johnny Joint there, they are usually at the frame end, not the axle end.

I can see the insert/sleeve on the left side, but not the right. Usually on a Johnny Joint the sleeve goes all the way to both sides to prevent lateral movement.

If it "were" a bushing then were are the flanges?

I'm going with 80% Johnny Joint until more pics or research done.

They're Rocky Road control arms and the lowers do in fact have Johnny Joints and yes, the LCA brackets were upgraded. When I spoke with RR during the install I was told the JJ's went on the axle, I just called and the Tech Dept guru said they should be on the frame. Looks like I'm reversing them.

JJ go to the frame brackets, bushings go to the axle. My JJ seem to twist out-of-position like this every now and then. Just loosen the lock nut and reposition the joint with a pry bar. Use the prybar as a wedge to prevent the joint for turning when you tighten the locknut.

Ok, that makes sense to me and fits what I think I've seen before. Do your arms also have a bend in them near the JJ?

I had SXOR arms the same as your RR's, so the picture in my head fits.
I'm concerned if the arm itself is twisted that much, the end with the actual bushing has to be tweaked as well. Would not hurt to swap ends and ensure alignment.

it wont hurt anything to leave them like that. and that wont cause death wobble. i'd leave it.
