Default Dirt bound offroad

I would just like to say that I could not be more disapointed with Dirtbound Offroad. Its been 9 days and I still have not recieved my SYE. I have left two phone messages and two emails with no reply. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Should have just gotten the advanced adaptors sye from rustys...............

You're seriously *****ing about 9 days? You do realize this whole weekend was a holiday, today is a holiday, and most people took off Friday right?

Try waiting two months for a cargo rack from them.

Honestly 9 days isn't a big deal, they are still a great company. I have ordered from them and have no complaints. A 9 day wait for the kind of stuff we order isn't uncommon

they had a screw up with my order and forgot to ship out the drill bit and tap i ordered and i just emailed him and sure enough the next day he answered and shipped them out priority mail and got them a day later. he runs his company out of a garage and is always building stuff for customers so he cant always answer the phone. great company with great products. ull get your parts soon, u have to remember that this weekend was a holiday and not at shipping companies are open so u have to wait a little longer and most dont ship on weekends anyways

Its just that three messages were sent before christmas eve, and one on christmas eve itself. I just want to know what day it was shipped so I know when its going to be here.. I know the parts will be fine, I read what people thought before ordering. But customer service is a major factor in a successful business.. The reason I got a rustys lift instead of a RC is because the general consensus seemed to be rustys had better service.

The week before and the week after xmas is always a crap shoot. They might be staffed, but if they were, they probably had like 1 person working. I wouldn't worry about it.

Its one guy in his garage, I have his extreme winch bumper, and its great, he may take a little bit to get back to you, but he always will. Now quit your *****ing. Great company.
