REALLY... This is why it is best to deal with a bigger company. If you are dealing with a small company, it generally takes longer to get stuff. Price might be better, but shipping times are slower. If you were in a hurry you could have ordered from AA and had it the next day if you wanted to pay the price.

Taking the holiday off has nothing to do with it, seems to me it should have been shipped within two days of my payment. Which means it should have left no later then Monday. I ordered it the saturday before christmas..

Not all companies ship within a few days of billing. In fact since more then likely he is a drop shipper.. You order/pay him, then he orders/pays supplier for your parts.. then he recieves your parts.. and re sends them to you. OR he pays the supplier to ship it to you, in which case the supplier might have been closed for the holidays.

This is why it is best to ask when your product is going to ship...

Quote: Like I said, I dont have a problem with the 9 days, I have never gotten any parts I have ordered in less then a week. Its just that three messages were sent before christmas eve, and one on christmas eve itself. I just want to know what day it was shipped so I know when its going to be here.. I know the parts will be fine, I read what people thought before ordering. But customer service is a major factor in a successful business.. The reason I got a rustys lift instead of a RC is because the general consensus seemed to be rustys had better service.
rustys better customer service then RC . RC may not have the most quality of products out there but there customer service is top notch.. iv never had to pay a cent not even for shipping on every item iv needed replaced by them.. not only can you reah jason on here but you can chat with them online and call them!!

most smaller companys arnt fully stocked on all items.. they may have had too completely build your product since you placed your order. i understand your frustration in them not getting back too you but maybe you should have looking into this company a little before hand.. just saying...

If you ordered the hack and tap, its not really packed by him. Its actually an iron rock offroad hack and tap. He has to put int he order to IRO and they send it out from their facility. Hell I even have the IRO sticker to prove it. It took me about 20 days to get my packaged. Its a great product though and the price is right. The guy works out of his garage though and its one guy.

Just got my kit today. He forgot the drill bits and tap... Oh well, at least the parts are here and I can finally start on it. Hopefully I have the same results as the guy that got the tap and bits in the mail the next day after calling. lol

What year is your jeep and did you pay the extra $15 for the drill and tap?
