OK just like everyone else i'm experiencing death wobble. I can slightly feel the wobble on bumps at anything from 30-45 and anything after 45 the wobble turns deathly.
I wasn't experiencing any wobble prior to the 3" Rusty HD coils i just added. I was fine with the 2' pucks and stock springs. but now the wobble is here.
I've tightened everything down, and there seems to be no play. Even when I have someone rock the steering wheel back and forth. Someone had mentioned the tie rod shouldn't rotate, but I've also read that it is suppose to.
I've relocated my track bar about a 1/2 to the right, right where it wanted to be, and because the existing hole seemed to be ovaled out.
Here's a video of someone rocking the steering (In the video the steering stabilizer has some play, i tightened down that bolt and now theres no play)

Are you using the stock track bar or an adj. one you purchased for the 3" lift. The 3" HD coils for a winch/bumper would not cause the problem. I have saw this problem using a stock bar and re-drilling the hole to correct for the lift, try tightening the track bar again it may be loose.

You might be able to get a big lever (long pry bar or similar) and put it between the axle and the track-bar and see if you can move it. I usually just unbolt it since it lets me check the bushing, but also makes sure that it doesn't get rust-welded to the mounts.
Watching the video again, I can see that the bushings for the steering stabilizer are shot. That shouldn't contribute to death wobble since many folks don't even run one, but if it is the same age as your track-bar, good chance that your track-bar bushings are shot too.
Just because everything looks good and tight as you are turning your wheel in the driveway, it can be completely different on the road.

3" with stock control arms and stock track bar is pushing it..
to get a good idea, you should pop your tie rods out and see if you can easily move them around by hand, or if they have in n out play. you can use a ball joint puller to do that without damaging the boot.
