Well idk i thought alot of people ran them no problems.i bought a 3 inch hole saw today. i probably just keep factory box and route the 3inch inlet in the cowl.that filter was just sittin in the garage and i thought about it.

nothing wrong with the cowl, just got to be smart and make sure you have good drainage and after heavy 4wheeling to check the condition. would be the same with an air box.

Which is better ( less restrictive vrs ease of install ) pvc or flex stuff?do i need to swap 3inch hole saw for a 3 1/4 bit
