Boring intake manifold?
I'm one of those people who has the overwhelming need to produce more power and not leave my vehicle stock (it's not a cheap road, I know). I've been looking at bored throttle bodies and since I have a renix the biggest I can go is 60mm (I think?) due to the tb port in the intake manifold. I have access to cnc machines and anything I need to make this happen so here's my question. Would I see any benefit in opening up the throttle body port in the renix manifold to run a throttle body bored bigger? Right now a head swap to HO is out of the question. thanks for any input!

Probably none.
The 60mm TB from www.strokedjeep.com, of which I've installed 3 on Renix Jeeps work plenty fine.
There are other areas though, that will improve power.
Get rid of the "crush" in the downpipe.
Make sure your dizzy is indexed properly.
Switch to later model injectors.
Install a high altitude CPS if they're still available.
Make sure your sensor grounds are in tip-top shape.
