Serious offers two kits. One requires a reamer, one comes with tapered inserts, where you drill out and insert. That is the route I went.

The savings of buying a quality drill bit that size plus the cost of the inserts was only slightly less. If you have a drill bit that's 7/8 or whatever then go that route but I didn't. Plus if I ever bend/break a knuckle then I can just go get a new one and ream it out without worrying about waiting on more inserts to come. And I can also charge people to use my reamer. It's a win win for me.

Im at 4.5 lift on 33s and just installed serious 1ton UTK setup and it was well worth it for me! I did bend something in the stock set up so i jist decided to replace everything. UTK or OTK is your choice, normally with otk youre gonna have to start messing with the trac bar( welding a new relocating bracket) plus you get more clearance and so forth. UTK, just drill the holes put the tapered inserts and the new steering set up, get an alignement and bam! Good as new

I bought the ruff stuff 3/4 heim kit and its not bad I'm happy with it. Drilling the knuckles and pitman arm wasn't too bad. I mounted the tie rod utk and I put my draglink otk. Also make my own trackbar with an over the axle mount. Angles worked perfect and no bump steer even though the length is about 6.5 inches different. I bought the ruffstuff cover and I had to notch it and lay in a piece of pipe for it to fall into when turning a bit of a project but well worth the money for what it is. Also added a tab to the pitman arm to make it double sheer.

Surfingg19!

I just bought this kit...

I'm wondering if I need to relocate my trac bar/make a new one.

Or if the stock location of the trac bar will be okay.

Anyone else's that has advice on this feel free to chime in...
