Default Bedliner trouble

I used Al's bedliner on my roof yesterday. Prepped it like it recommended, and I'd done it on the bumpers previously, so I know that isn't the problem.

A rain cloud moved in right as I was finishing cleaning up and the 2nd coat (first went perfectly) was on for ~30 mins. It wasn't predicted and it looked clear on the radar earlier that day... Go figure.

Anyway, it got a bit wet and then I covered it up with a tarp. This morning it was dry, but it has lots of watermarks/spots where it looks like the 2nd coat didn't take. It seems like it adhered just fine, but it's sorta speckled now.
Anyone have advice on this? Should I just put another coat over it or do I need to strip?

I would just throw another coat on. Make it a bit heavy to cover the imperfections.

Yeah another coat or two should even it back out for you,The only other option you won't like its strip it all off and start over.
