If you're concerned about snapping shafts then alloy shafts are a great upgrade.

They are a lot less expensive than doing an axle swap.

so if you aren't a heavy wheeler then why do you need 35s? just curious, because you can still do a lot on 33s.
wrong, if you build you jeep, its your job to wheel it within its limits.

a dana 30 on 35s will be just fine.

37 Irocs on a d30 front ARB carrier stock inner shafts Alloy stubs and upgraded U-joints...obviously a d30 is plenty for 35's , And John probably uses runs this d30 harder than most .
