I am planning to upgrade my wiring harnesses and install H4 headlight housings in my '98. I am hoping to get the Autopal E-code/euro housings mentioned in the thread below:

Does anyone know if this eBay listing is the same or similar product?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/200mm-H6054-H4-DOT-EURO-CONVERSION-HEADLIGHTS-KIT-/330591764599?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item4cf8ce0077&vxp=mtr
The part number in the eBay listing and the one from the thread don't exactly match. The part no. from eBay is HL-109 HB2, while the one from the thread above is HL-109 H4. As far as I know, HB2 and H4 bulbs are basically interchangeable. I would just like to ensure that I am getting the housing with the E-code beam pattern. Thanks in advance!

The ones you linked to are DOT style which should be legal but have poor optics.
I think you may want these:

Probably with the white bulb option and maybe a higher wattage it you have upgraded your harness.

I'm running those exact DOT legal Autopals with the Putco harness upgrade, they throw a lot of light without blinding oncoming traffic
Before:

After:

The second photo shows how much light they throw, and I have them aimed significantly down. I could bring them up a few degrees and the difference would be more dramatic, I keep them down because it's so bright it would definetly blind people.

Actual neither.
I looked up my order and I have e-codes from the same vendor.
I don't see them currently listed though, just dot and diamond cut.
I left a query with the vendor to see if the others are still available.

I looked earlier today and had the same results. Bought the E-codes off that vendor over a year ago and they arent listed. Found the box for them and the model is HL-109.

"Thanks for your interest. We are currently sold out on the 'E' code lights. These will be in stock in January 2015."

Ah, I see. Thanks for the help guys. I was going to update my harnesses first anyway. I'll do that and see if I like the results enough to wait 2 or 3 months for the seller to restock the E-code housings.

Had that very same problem, from the same seller. When I did mine he had no idea when he'd get more E codes. My lights were so bad I had to pull the trigger and get the DOT version, I wasn't disapointed.
